Suspicious person reported near parked car

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded near East Dargan Street in Dillon after a caller reported a possible suspicious person running by her home and getting near her car by a side door. Units positioned patrol vehicles and set up a perimeter around the residence and nearby streets, including Cleveland Street and Fourth Avenue, to secure the area.
