Debris and disabled SUV on eastbound I-80 near Dixon

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a possible large tire or debris in lanes on eastbound I-80 near Dixon Avenue and a gray SUV disabled on the right shoulder of eastbound I-80 west of Lagoon Valley. Traffic service units are dispatched to assist at the apparent traffic incident.
