Neighbor reportedly threatened caller with weapon

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a call about a neighbor on Fisher Valley Road reportedly threatening the caller with a possible weapon. The neighbor later appeared to put the weapon away and was last seen on a lawnmower wearing shorts and a brown shirt.
