As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded in Dodge Center near East Main Street and 6th Avenue Northeast to a report of a man dressed in black going door to door selling items. The man and associated individuals had reportedly been told earlier to either get a permit from city hall or stop selling and leave the area.
