Reports of woman screaming from moving vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received multiple calls about a person screaming for help near Second Street and Castner Avenue in Donora Borough. Officers checked the intersection and it was later reported that the screaming female was in a moving vehicle traveling down Second Street.
