Crash with minor injuries on Washington Highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible minor-injury vehicle crash near Washington Highway and Kings Dominion Boulevard. Two women apparently requested medical evaluation, and fire and EMS units were dispatched to the scene.
