Lightning strike damages home, smoke reported inside

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched near Douds for a reported lightning strike that apparently went through a home’s kitchen window, causing a smoke smell and leaving a few light bulbs not working. No other damage was immediately reported.
