Neighbors throw bottles and steal items at apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to a reported disturbance involving intoxicated neighbors at an upstairs apartment near Fairburn Road. The caller reported that several males may have thrown beer bottles toward her group and may have taken and thrown a chair and a speaker. A Spanish-speaking officer was requested.
