Small brush fire near Highway 470 contained

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a small brush fire east of the South Suburban complex near Highway 470 in Dove Valley. The fire, about half an acre in size, was slow moving and contained with no structures threatened. Unified command was established with the Douglas County Sheriff's Office as crews completed mop-up operations.
