Man having seizure and losing consciousness at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical units were dispatched to a home near Franklin Street in Dow for a possible seizure involving an adult male with a history of diabetes. Radio updates indicated he was initially breathing but later reported as not conscious and not breathing.
