Stolen Jeep Cherokee driven on sidewalks in Dows

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a location near 3rd Street in Dows after a caller reported a stolen 2017 Jeep Cherokee. The caller later reported that the SUV drove past their home and that a young male was possibly driving it on the sidewalks.
