As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are investigating a possible hit-and-run near South Cindy Circle and East (number withheld) in Draper. A vehicle may be connected to an attempt-to-locate alert, and the complainant’s father reportedly called on her behalf. An additional unit was requested to assist the primary officer.
