Suspicious SUV parked in driveway on West 8th Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a suspicious vehicle complaint about an unattended SUV parked in a residential driveway near West 8th Street in Dresden. The vehicle was initially described as a white Durango, then corrected to a black SUV, while the caller waited nearby in her own white SUV.
