Tree down blocking road near Red Hill Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received reports of a possible tree down that appears to be blocking an entire roadway near Red Hill Road, possibly close to Union. It is not yet clear whether this obstruction is inside the city limits or on a county roadway.
