Man with chest pain and shortness of breath

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were requested to an address along US Highway 63 in the Washburn area for an adult male reporting severe chest pain with headache, shortness of breath, and dizziness. The caller reported he took two nitroglycerin doses without relief.
