Person reports head injury after earlier assault

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a location on South 5th Avenue for a possible assault victim reporting head and eye pain and trouble breathing from an incident said to have occurred a few days earlier. The person was reported to be inside and wearing gray clothing.
