Adult bear reported near Encanto Park baseball field

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of an adult bear seen about 15 minutes earlier in the northwest corner of Encanto Park near the baseball field. The reporting person is no longer watching the animal and plans to identify themselves to responding units.
