Person receiving CPR near Massey Station Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to a possible cardiac arrest on Massey Station Road near a rural address, where CPR was reported in progress. Officers were also alerted to a separate report of a speeding, reckless driver in a black Toyota van with Virginia plates on the eastbound highway near the 225 mile marker.
