Concern over man sitting in car for hours

As discussed during the dispatch call, police were dispatched to the area near West Dudley Road for a report of a suspicious silver vehicle with New York license plates, where a man had reportedly been sitting in the car for several hours on a hot day. Officers had previously checked for the same vehicle around midday but were unable to find it.
