Minor suffers allergic reaction at church in grand avenue area

As discussed during the dispatch call, medical crews were dispatched to a church on Grand Avenue in Duluth for a reported 13-year-old male having a possible allergic reaction and trouble breathing. Responders were directed to meet at doors behind the church.
