Elderly woman suffers breathing difficulty at motel

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call for an elderly woman having difficulty breathing and speaking at a room in the Red Carpet Inn on Susquehanna Trail. An interpreter was reported to be present due to a language barrier.
