Caller reports being followed at apartment complex

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a suspicious-person complaint near an apartment clubhouse on Hickory Grove Road. A caller reported someone following her but could not provide a description, and the call was later canceled by the caller. A separate check of the area near West Ridge involved a man in black clothing on a bicycle reportedly looking through trash.
