Officer requested to help resident with phone

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to assist an elderly woman with a phone problem at a residence on Elizabeth Avenue after she activated a medical alert button and requested help. She reportedly allowed officers to enter through an unlocked back door and was asked to press the alert button again after receiving assistance to reset the system.
