As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers report a pile of trash or debris burning in a front yard near Miller Avenue in Duquesne, apparently about 10 feet from a building. Separate radio traffic mentions a possible water leak, described as a water condition and suspected burst pipe, inside a store on Saltsburg Road in Penn Hills where smoke was briefly reported at a doorway but was no longer visible.
