Female suicidal, rescued from river at Main Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and medical crews responded to a behavioral health emergency involving a suicidal woman near the Union Social House on Main Avenue in Durango. Police arrived on scene, and the woman was transported by medical personnel.
