Report of prior assault at apartment building

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports suspicious circumstances at an apartment building on 3rd Avenue Northeast. A suspect allegedly assaulted a person earlier while entering the building and going to one of the units. The reporting person does not want contact with officers.
