Suspicious person in car at parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious man in a red Nissan Sentra with no license plate, seen drinking and smoking in a parking lot near the 2900 block of Hollywood Boulevard and Highway 104 West in Dyersburg, Tennessee.
