Suspicious cyclist reportedly followed driver

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious older man on an e-bike following a woman near Abrams Creek Drive and East Dewey Park in Eagle. The rider reportedly apologized and said he was following her because of concerns about someone watching his son in a restroom. The encounter was reported to have occurred about ten minutes earlier near a residence on Abrams Creek Drive.
