Officer checks blue Mercedes at Grand and Wall

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer conducted a possible traffic stop or vehicle check near Grand Avenue and Wall Street involving an older blue Mercedes-Benz. The officer also spoke with the reporting party about a possibly involved smaller white Kia Soul, and the checked vehicle and driver were confirmed clear and valid.
