Traffic stop leads to one person in custody

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer conducted a traffic stop near Creek Road and Chambers Avenue on a black GMC with California plates. The earlier traffic stop was cleared as a warning. A later update indicated one person was taken into custody in connection with the stop.
