Unoccupied truck with expired plates at city park

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers investigated a report of a suspicious blue pickup truck at Eagle River Park after it was seen cruising in the area. The vehicle was later found unoccupied and the call was treated as a parking issue. A plate check reportedly showed the registration was expired but otherwise clear.
