Man reported trying to drown dog at Eagle Lake

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from Eagle Lake Public Landing of a man who was apparently trying to drown a dog. When the caller watched him, he reportedly pulled the dog from the water, and the animal appeared to be struggling. A separate caller later requested a ride to the hospital from law enforcement, stating she was not feeling well.
