Truck on top of car, driver drinking at raceway

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a possible two-vehicle collision near the main entrance of Eagle Raceway, with a red pickup truck reportedly resting on top of another car and a male driver inside allegedly drinking alcohol. Medical personnel and law enforcement appear to be responding to the parking lot on the south side several rows in from the entrance.
