As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible domestic disturbance at an apartment complex on South Shasta Avenue. The reporting party heard yelling and saw a woman outside crying with a dog before she went back into an apartment, possibly unit (number withheld) or (number withheld).
