Person with breathing problems refuses ambulance at Eagle Point

As discussed during the dispatch call, a possible medical emergency involving breathing problems was reported near Birdie Drive in Eagle Point between Alta Vista Road and Oak Point Drive. Fire and EMS units responded, but patient later refused transport and ambulance was canceled.
