Domestic disturbance with yelling at Eagle Point home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible domestic disturbance with people yelling at a residence on South Shasta in Eagle Point. The caller did not know the people involved, and there appear to be prior incidents associated with that location.
