As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical responders were dispatched to a residence near North Bond Street in Eagle River for a 76-year-old woman with severe difficulty breathing and a history of heart problems. Radio updates indicated the patient became unresponsive with gasping for air and changes in color.
