Man with chest pain and numbness near Eagle Rock

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical units were dispatched to a location near Ballpark Road in Eagle Rock for a 48-year-old man who was conscious and breathing but reporting deep chest pain, high blood pressure, and numbness on the left side of his neck and arm.
