Elderly woman reports assault at local library

As discussed during the dispatch call, at a library on East Washington Avenue in Earlimart, an elderly Spanish-speaking woman walked in and reported a possible assault that may have occurred about five days earlier. Staff requested help from a Spanish speaker to get more information, and she was described as appearing confused.
