Wires arcing in basement of East Amherst home

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units in East Amherst responded to a reported electrical odor at a house near Wood Acres Drive between Hearthstone Drive and Shadowwood Drive. Crews did not find an odor on arrival but reported wires arcing in the basement and continued their investigation while switching radio operations to another channel.
