Unconscious woman found near Baltimore Road and Taylor Lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a home near Baltimore Road and Taylor Lane for a priority medical call involving an apparently unconscious 23-year-old woman. Additional units were also sent to another location on Plum Lane, where a man was reportedly outside in his underwear and crawling on the ground.
