Elderly man injured after fall in yard

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a residence in East Carbon for an adult man who reportedly fell in the yard and had facial bleeding. A lift assist was requested, and the patient was reported awake and breathing. Separate radio traffic also reported a possible residential gas leak in Helper, with no injuries reported.
