Distressed person making suicidal statements at pharmacy

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was reported near High View Place following a call from Walgreens about a distressed person. The individual appeared upset and mentioned possibly not being around anymore. Emergency services responded, but medical assistance was initially refused.
