Elderly man may have seizure at home with bleeding

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call for an 89-year-old man at a residence on Colchester Avenue. Radio reports indicated he may have had a seizure and was found on the floor with some blood present in the home. Police were asked to possibly stage at the scene while EMS and medical responders handled the apparent medical emergency.
