Driver reported high in black Hyundai investigated

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conduct a traffic stop on a black Hyundai Tiburon near 18th Street and Ohio Avenue after another driver reports that the female driver may be high on something. Police also speak with the reporting driver and check vehicle and driver information in the area around West Ohio and West 8th near Shadyside Road.
