Car crosses center line and nearly causes collision

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a small beige sedan traveling westbound on Main Road near a local restaurant that was completely in the opposite lane and nearly caused a head-on collision with another vehicle. The sedan was reportedly moving slowly and was later lost from view.
