Smoke alarm from cooking at group home

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to an automatic smoke detector activation at a developmental home on East Ridge Boulevard, near a cross street. Radio traffic indicates this was a possible smoke condition with no confirmed working fire. Units investigated and it was later reported that the alarm apparently resulted from food or cooking in the kitchen. The situation was brought under control and crews worked to reset the alarm system before returning to service.
