Report of woman possibly carrying rifle on bicycle

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious woman near Success Drive and Conner Street. Children of the reporting party said she might have been carrying a rifle, though nothing was clearly seen. A man in a white van reportedly picked her up, and she later left on a bicycle toward Springville Avenue.
