Man reportedly exposing himself and defecating on sidewalk

As discussed during the dispatch call, a call was pending for indecent exposure near State Street and 75th Street in East St. Louis. A male wearing a brown shirt and blue jeans (reported down to his ankles) was reported to be defecating on the sidewalk.
