Wires down on unoccupied vehicle at Elm and Linden

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire department crews were dispatched to the intersection of Elm Street and Linden Street in East Vandergrift for reports of electrical wires down on a vehicle. The vehicle was reported unoccupied. Units from Westmoreland County responded to assist.
